Warbirds tend to be celebrating their 50th birthdays these days, but not many of them are working for a living at that age. ZK-BRL/NZ 1443 recently bought by David Horsburgh and repainted by Gary Martin, has started a new career with Flying Tigers, a joyriding operation based at Nelson. David is pictured flying the 50 year old over the Boulder Bank, with company pilot Peter Brocklesby in the front cockpit, and public response to the new venture is reported to be very encouraging.
